Canola is cultivated in Canada with low Erucic acid with a low level of saturated fatty acids. This product is suitable for light cooking and salad dressing.

Palm Oil

Palm oil is an edible vegetable oil derived from the mesocarp of the fruit of the oil palms. The oil is used in food manufacturing, in beauty products, and as biofuel.

Soy Oil​

Soybean oil is a vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the soybean. It is one of the most widely consumed cooking oils and the second most consumed vegetable oil.

Corn Oil

Corn oil or maize oil is oil extracted from the germ of corn. Its main use is in cooking, where its high smoke point makes refined corn oil a valuable frying oil. It is also a key ingredient in some margarines.

Coconut oil​

Coconut oil is a natural ocurring saturated oil rich in the lauric fatty acid chain. It is suitable for use as an ingredient for ice-cream as well as ice cream coating. With further processing, coconut oil is widely used in confectionery for candy making as it gives a quick flavour release to the consumer. Hydrogenated coconunt oil is often used to produced non-dairy creamer for beverage or bakery use.

Sunflower oil

Sunflower oil is extracted from the kernel of the sunflower seed. It has a clean and bland taste making it a preferred oil for salad. 

Sunflower oil is commonly used in food as a frying oil, and in cosmetic formulations as an emollient. Sunflower oil is primarily composed of linoleic acid, a polyunsaturated fat, and oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat.
